Discovered years ago by Prof. Radka Serafimova in several villages around Petrich, which determines its name. She defines it as a separate variety of a local selection. Recommended growing in 5-stem formation with abundant watering in the dry season. Characteristic of the variety is that the rind of the fruit remains green and the sunlit side change it color in slightly pink. It has a sweet - sour taste, and at full maturity the
sour note is almost imperceptible. Withstands temperatures of -16 ° C without any problems, but recovers quickly even after more severe frosts.
