Theobroma cacao, Cocoa, Chocolate tree from Botanical Garden - Plovdiv

This is a real Chocolate tree. It starts flowering when only 3 years old. Grows quite fast and is an attractive addition to the home collection, giving an equatorial feeling. For better pollination, each pot contains at least 2 seedlings. The total height including the pot is currently about 20-25 cm.
